...Tortillas is a newly formed group of professionally trained entertainers, finance consultants and communication experts, wholly focused on contributing to the entertainment scene on a pan India level.
Their first production will be a bouquet of five short ten minute plays, titled “Together in the City”. Woven together, the presentation will explore various aspects of relationships in a modern urban environment. In the ilk of the popular black box theater genre, troupe of seven actors don various roles in each performance with minimum set changes to ensure a tight, entertaining, and easily palatable 45 minute presentation, ideal for a variety of different settings using minimal props and sets for maximum impact.
Tortillas has already managed to attract some of the top theatre talent in the city.
Together In the City - Part 1, will star, Edgar Fernandes, Sandhya Mendonca, Anita Mithra, Shyju Varkey, Mario Jerome, Kavita Kashyap and Rency Philip.
Directed by Siddarth Selvaraj, a new and brilliant star in the film and theater circle , this is one show that shouldn't be missed!
Good things come in small packages.......and the ten minute play is no exception, funny, bizarre and laugh out loud, entertainment at its best!
